Despite being a Narrow plot, The Thavva Residence has been designed to stand as a magnificent Structure rising up to 4 floors, with amenities like Rooftop pool, Meditation space and Terrace Garden. The Architectural language of the building boasts grey concrete colors and textures complimenting the Brick cladding for the inner walls of the balconies resulting in a contemporary outlook. The CNC cut GFRC panels composed parametrically are used for cladding the exterior walls to add to the Modernity of the building.
