Dalai's Residence

The Facade of a building has always been a design statement. Some may perceive it as a piece of art while moving in a fast moving car or by standing and experiencing it. Most of the house-owners would want their building to stand unique among others. One such project is The Dalai's Residence that marks strength and massive existence with its huge concrete textured masses standing unique in the neighborhood and at the same time maintaining the basic performance science factors of structural stability, air and water permeability resistance. The Concrete textures complimented with red brick cladding and wooden louvers in the balconies enhances the contemporariness of the design. Creation of the Railing as a planter box and framing the balcony views with green plants adds to the aesthetics in the facade.
